50-я годовщина основания Народно-освободительной партии – фронта Турции – THKP-C
50 лет назад, в декабре 1970 года, марксист-ленинист, революционер Махир Чаян и его товарищи основали первую марксистско-ленинскую партию в Турции.

В 1970 году Народно-освободительная партия – Фронт Турции (на турецком языке Türkiye Halk Kurtuluş Partisi-Cephesi THKP-C) находится в процессе основания. В декабре того же года на заседании в доме, в районе Кючюкесата Анкары, был избран Временный генеральный комитет в составе 11 членов. На этом собрании был также избран Центральный комитет, состоящий из трех человек и входящий в состав Генерального комитета. Временный Генеральный Комитет состоял из следующих членов: Махир Чаян, Юсуф Кюпели, Мюнир Актолга, Эртугрул Кюркчу, Бингол Эрдумлу, Хусейн Джевахир, Улаш Бардакчи, Зия Йылмаз, Сина Чиладыр, Орхан Савашчы и Сырри Озтюрк.
Согласно распределению задач, члены ЦК – Махир Чаян и Мюнир Актолга – отвечали за разработку детальных идеологических и политических взглядов организации, а Юсуф Купели будет заниматься распространением этих взглядов на массовых митингах.
Из членов Генерального комитета Зия Йылмаз отвечает за работу в Черноморском регионе Турции, Эртугрул Кюркчу – за работу среди молодежи, Хусейн Джевахир – в Курдистане (восточная часть Турции), Ирфан Учар – на юге Анатолии, Бингол Эрдумлу и Сина Чиладыр – среди рабочих, Орхан Савашчи – в армии. Улашу Бардакчи была поставлена задача подготовить городскую партизанскую борьбу.
Да, как писал позднее, Махир Чаян в декабре 1970 года, “в самом широком смысле этого слова родилась пролетарская революционная организация”.
